Which lasts longer ? Or it depends on the quality of battery I get for the xbox controller. Replacable batteries (even though I'd need to spend money, its a nice option to have) Feels better because of symmetrical analog sticks ? The battery isn't replacable, but I guess it should be fine for the next 2+ years. The game will show xbox button icons (games can be modded, but it isn't always an option). Need 3rd party driver(from what I've read they work fine). Sadly, I don't know a place here where I can test them side by side. However, I've played in the past on PS2/3 and PSP, so the symmetrical analog sticks make more sense to me and I'm not sure if xbox will feel comfortable.
